HOW CAN I BURN SAFELY?
The first burn is the most important. The first time you burn any candle, burn it for 2-3 hours. This will maximize the scent throw, and help avoid “tunneling”—where the candle burns down the middle, leaving wax around the edges.
HOW STRONG ARE THE SCENTS?
Our candles have an optimal fragrance load for intense scents and a safe burn. To maximize scent “throw,” burn your candle for 2-3 hours each time—you’ll fill the room with fragrance and prevent “tunneling.”
HOW LONG DO THE CANDLES BURN?
The candles have a burn time of ~70-80 hours. Trimming the wick regularly will help your candle burn at a slower rate.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
Yes you can. You can select expedited shipping options at checkout. Please note expedited shipping is still dependent on processing times. Once your order is processed, expedited shipping will be instated.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you want to change your order after confirmation, send us an email at email@example.com and we will see what we can do. We can sometimes change orders a couple hours after they are placed, but we cannot guarantee the ability to make changes once an order is confirmed.
DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES?
For now, we only ship to the US, but we hope to offer international shipping options soon.

We're committed to your safety. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship.
After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your candles have been shipped. Once your order is processed, USPS Priority Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 7-10 business days unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We primarily ship through UPS, and occasionally USPS when necessary. After leaving our facility, UPS typically delivers in 5 business days for standard shipping. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. Some items may ship in separate boxes, but will not require additional shipping charges.
Please note: during the busy holiday season and sale times, orders may experience a slight delay due to an increase in order volume.

Once the package has left our team and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.
Please note UPS Ground allows more security but does not guarantee a faster delivery.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but its appears the package may have actually been stolen. We will send an email to make sure you're aware your package is on the way. Please contact us within 24 hours if you receive confirmation that your order is delivered but do not receive the package.
